1. Key Technical Parameters

• Speed Presets: Storage for 10 sets of spindle speeds (0-9 gears) with digital direct switching.

2. Operation Guide

Normal Operation:

• Start/Stop: Press [Forward] or [Reverse] to start the motor. Note: You must press [Stop] before switching directions; pressing Reverse while moving Forward will not work to protect the system.

• Speed Adjustment: Use the (L) key for the left potentiometer and (R) key for the right potentiometer, or use keys (0)~(9) to switch directly to preset gears.

• Fine-Tuning: While running, use (+) or (-) keys to adjust speed by increments of 1 RPM.

• Oil Counting: Press [Count] to activate the oil cut-off plate (shutter). It resets automatically after the preset count is reached. Press [Pause] to reset manually.

Parameter Modification (Motor must be stopped):

• Set Speed: Press the 1st [Preset] button. Use (+) or (-) to adjust.

• Set Count: Press the 2nd [Preset] button. Use (+) or (-) to adjust the injection times.

• Set Temperature: Press the 3rd [Preset] button for the Upper Limit and the 4th [Preset] button for the Lower Limit.

Automatic Self-Adaptation:
If the display requires calibration, hold the number key (5) and turn on the power switch. When the screen displays "0", input (1), (5), (2). The instrument will run automatically at 900 rpm for about 10 seconds to complete the self-adaptation process.

3. Wiring Instructions

Warning: Maintenance should only be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure good grounding.

Port C (5-Core Power Supply):

• Pin 1: Live Wire (L)

• Pin 2: Neutral (N)

• Pin 3 & 4: Injector Relays (Normally Open / Normally Closed)

• Pin 5: Injection frequency relay common

Port D (14-Core Control):

• Pins 1 & 2: Frequency Control (Ground ACM / Signal AVI)

• Pins 3, 4, 5: Inverter Control (Common DCM / Forward FWD / Reverse REV)

• Pins 6, 7, 8: Temperature Control (Heating/Cooling Relays)

• Pins 9 & 10: Oil Pump connection

• Pins 12 & 13: External Potentiometers (Left/Right speed control)

Port E (7-Core Signal):

• Pins 1, 2, 3: Speed Sensor (Ground / Signal / +12V)

• Pins 6 & 7: Temperature Sensor connection
