The 12PSB Diesel Injection Pump Test Bench is a high-performance calibration machine designed for the comprehensive testing of multi-cylinder diesel pumps. Powered by a robust 15HP (11KW) 380V 3-phase main motor with A.C. Frequency Drive, it offers precise speed control from 20 to 4000 r/min across 10 gears. This 12-cylinder test stand is equipped with an electronic digital tachometer (accuracy ±1 R.P.M) and a precise temperature control system (0–99.9℃), ensuring stable and accurate diagnostics.
Designed for versatility, the 12PSB is capable of testing mechanical governors, distributor pumps, and electromagnetic valves (12V/24V). It features a 40L phasing fuel tank, diverse pressure gauges (High/Low/Internal/Air/Vacuum), and supports auto-sucking oil supply installation. It is the ideal solution for workshops requiring reliable fuel supply measurement and pump angle adjustments.
