The CR909 High-Quality Multifunctional Common Rail Test Bench is a flagship diagnostic station designed for comprehensive diesel system calibration. Unlike standard testers, the CR909 is engineered with 5 independent built-in motors (including a 15KW main motor) to separately drive High-Pressure Common Rail, HEUI, and EUI/EUP systems, ensuring maximum power stability and zero interference.
HEUI Test Bench

Core Functions & Optimization:

  1. Dual-System Architecture: Equipped with two rails, two DRV valves, and two pressure sensors. This allows for independent driving and testing of injectors and pumps, significantly improving accuracy and durability.

  2. Full Standard Capability: Out of the box, it tests Common Rail Injectors/Pumps (Bosch/Denso/Delphi/Siemens), CAT HEUI systems (C7/C9/3126B Injectors & Pumps), EUI/EUP (with TU-C Cambox), and CAT 320D Pumps.

  3. Advanced Coding: Generates coding for all major brands, including the latest Cummins XPI injector codes.

  4. Hardware Precision: Features 3 high-precision flow sensors and a Bosch CP3 pump capable of generating 2500 Bar pressure.

  5. Massive Expandability (Optional): The system is ready for extensive upgrades, including Cummins PT/HPIMechanical Pumps (VP37/VP44/RED4)Bosch CP4 (2800 Bar), and various HEUI kits (Ford 6.0, Navistar, Isuzu).
