Unlocking Diesel Diagnostics: An Overview of the CRS330 Common Rail Tester
In the world of diesel repair, precision and versatility are key. Today, we are introducing the functions and operation of the CRS330 Common Rail Tester from Beacon Machine. This device is designed to be a comprehensive solution for testing common rail injectors and pumps, providing workshop technicians with factory-level data and control.
The CRS330 is engineered to handle a wide variety of diesel components. Its core capabilities include:
Versatile Injector Testing: It can simultaneously drive six electromagnetic injectors or one piezoelectric injector.
Massive Database: The system comes built-in with over 3,000 fuel injector standard data profiles, allowing for immediate comparison of measurement data against factory standards.
Comprehensive Pump Support: The unit features one ZME control signal and one DRV control signal. It supports testing for Bosch, Denso, and Delphi common rail pumps, as well as HEUI pumps and HP0 pumps.
Flow Meter Interface: Equipped with a flow meter signal interface to accurately measure the flow rate of the injector.
User-Friendly Interface: All operations are controlled via a 7-inch color touch screen.
QR Coding (Optional): The system can generate QR codes for Bosch, Denso, and Delphi injectors.

1. System Settings & Interface
Upon powering on, the main menu gives you access to Injector, CR Pump, HP0 Pump, and IQA Coding modules. The "Settings" menu allows for deep customization:
Control Modes: Set DRV and ZME to normally open or closed.
Display: Adjust brightness and toggle touch sounds.
Measurement: Choose between manual and automatic modes.
Temperature Control: Set target diesel temperatures and deviation ranges to ensure consistent test conditions.
2. Drive and Pressure Settings
The CRS330 allows technicians to modify drive parameters (Voltage, Lifting Current, Pulse Width) and Rail Pressure Sensor settings (0-160Mpa calibration). This ensures the tester adapts to the specific electrical requirements of different injector brands.
3. Fuel Injector Testing
The testing process is streamlined for efficiency:
Select Model: You can search the built-in list for specific injector part numbers (Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, CAT, Cummins, etc.).
Test Steps: The machine runs through standard test steps including Leak Test, VL (Full Load), TL (Torque), LL (Idle), and VE (Pre-injection).
Real-time Data: The screen displays pressure, speed, temperature, and actual oil quantity compared to the standard data.
4. Pump Testing (Common Rail & HP0)
For pump diagnostics, the CRS330 offers open-loop and closed-loop pressure control.
General Pumps: You can adjust the DRV and ZME intensity, pulse width, and frequency.
HP0 Pumps: The system includes a dedicated module for Denso HP0 pumps, allowing for precise measurement of pressure and angle during operation.
