Ultimate Guide to Industrial Dust-Free Sandblasting Machines

When it comes to professional surface treatment, having reliable and efficient equipment is crucial. Our Industrial Dust-Free Sandblasting Machine series is designed to meet a variety of industrial needs. Engineered with high-quality materials and an environmentally friendly dust-removal system, these sandblaster cabinets ensure low noise, zero dust pollution, and highly efficient abrasive circulation.

Core Features & Precise Details

To guarantee high-quality products and a long lifespan, our sandblasting machines are built with premium components:

  • Cold Rolled Steel Plate Body: The whole machine undergoes specialized paint treatment, ensuring it is highly corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Double protection is guaranteed.

  • Polymer Oil and Water Filter: Effectively separates oil and water to significantly improve the quality of the input airflow, preventing abrasive clogging.

  • Pulse Dust Removal System: Features a pulse dust box with imported filter elements. It separates sand from dust, making the sand reusable and cutting down consumable costs.

  • High-Power Dust Removal Fan: Built with an all-copper wire motor for sustainable operation, offering high wind power with remarkably low noise for efficient vacuuming.

  • Integrated Sand Change Port: Conveniently located at the bottom of the funnel, making it extremely easy to remove reusable sand or change abrasives.

  • Four Configuration Options: To solve a variety of needs, we offer models with Front Doors, Side Doors, Side Door + Turntable, and Side Door + Turntable + Cart combinations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) & Warm Tips

Q1: How much abrasive sand should I add to the machine?
A: We recommend adding 5 - 7 kg of abrasive into the working cabin screen. Ensure the abrasive is strictly dry and free of debris, otherwise, it will affect the circulation and block the system.

Q2: What are the requirements for the air compressor?
A: You need to connect the machine to a 7.5kw air compressor that can provide a stable airflow of 0.8m³/MIN. Adjust the pressure regulating valve until the pressure gauge swings to a stable level (0-8 pressures can be adjusted based on the workpiece material).

Q3: What should I do if the spray gun produces no sand?
A: This usually happens due to blockages or adding sand too fast.

  1. Debugging: Block the mouth of the spray gun with a gloved hand, step on the foot switch, and let it recoil a few times to clear the line.

  2. Checking: If the pipe is blocked, open the funnel under the working bin, let all the sand out, and slowly add it again. Also, check if the sandblasting pipe is too thin or worn out from long-term use.

Q4: How do I maintain the dust removal system?
A: Daily maintenance is required. After working every day, turn off the power supply (but keep the air source on), pull the dust valve a few times to shake off the dust, then open the cover under the dust box and let the waste sand out.
