The BC-NJ Common Rail Injector Break-in Test Bench is a core testing equipment specially developed for the durability and break-in testing of electronic injector assemblies on production lines. Driven by an 11kW motor paired with a Bosch common rail pump, the maximum pump supply pressure can reach 300MPa. It is designed to test 8 electronic injectors simultaneously. The bench is equipped with a 0.5% high-precision rail pressure sensor, a forced refrigeration cooling system, and a dual-stage high-precision filtration system (200-mesh + 5um), ensuring that the break-in process runs safely and stably at a standard 40-50℃ temperature.
