The BDB Automotive Drive Shaft Dynamic Balancing Machine is a specialized solution designed for the calibration of various automotive transmission systems. It offers exceptional versatility, capable of balancing Single-piece, Two-piece, and Three-piece drive shafts with high efficiency.
Correction Modes:
Single-piece shaft: Double-plane correction.
Two-piece shaft: Three-plane simultaneous correction.
Three-piece shaft: Four-plane simultaneous correction.
Built on a robust Integral Cast Bed, this machine ensures maximum stability and vibration dampening during operation. It employs a Soft-Bearing Structure, making it ideal for high-speed balancing tasks. The system is powered by a self-developed measurement system equipped with High-Frequency, High-Precision Sensors, ensuring that even the smallest unbalance is detected and corrected accurately.

High Stability: Features an Integral Cast Iron Bed, which provides superior rigidity and stability compared to welded structures, ensuring consistent measurement accuracy.
User-Friendly Design: Equipped with a Large Digital Scale Dial. This allows operators to easily read the angle and locate the unbalance point, even when working on the far right side of a long shaft.
Advanced Automation Options: The machine can be upgraded to Semi-Automatic Operation. Optional add-ons include a Safety Guard for operator protection and an integrated Projection Welder for immediate weight attachment, streamlining the repair process.
