The YLD-16 Vertical Single Plane Dynamic Balancing Machine is specifically engineered for the balancing of rotating bodies that do not have their own shaft, typically known as disc-shaped workpieces. Unlike horizontal machines, the YLD-16 features a vertical spindle design, making it the ideal solution for balancing components such as brake discs, flywheels, clutch pressure plates, pulleys, pump impellers, and cooling fans. This machine measures the static unbalance (single plane) effectively, ensuring smooth operation and reducing vibration in the final assembly.


Vertical Design (Ergonomic): The vertical spindle orientation allows for easy top-loading and unloading of workpieces. Gravity helps in centering the part on the tooling, making it faster and more convenient than horizontal setups.
