The YYW-1000A Universal Joint Dynamic Balancing Machine is a robust industrial balancer designed for rotating workpieces weighing between 20kg and 1000kg. Unlike belt-driven machines, the YYW-1000A utilizes a Universal Joint (Cardan Shaft) coupling to connect the main spindle directly to the workpiece. This driving method ensures maximum torque transmission without slippage, making it the perfect solution for balancing components with high aerodynamic drag or high moment of inertia, such as large blower impellers, centrifugal fans, generator rotors, and agricultural threshing cylinders.


High Torque Transmission: The universal joint drive eliminates belt slippage, providing strong starting power and consistent rotation for heavy or high-drag workpieces.
Wide Working Range: Capable of handling large diameters up to 1500mm and lengths up to 2300mm, accommodating bulky industrial parts.
Variable Speed Control: Powered by a 7.5KW motor with a variable frequency drive (VFD), allowing for stepless speed adjustment (300-1500 r/min) to find the safest balancing speed for different rotors.
High Precision: Despite its heavy-duty nature, it achieves a residual unbalance of ≤1 g.mm/kg, ensuring precise calibration for smooth machinery operation.
