The RYQ-10A Turbocharger Rotor Soft Bearing Dynamic Balancing Machine is a precision instrument designed specifically for balancing small-sized rotating bodies. Unlike hard-bearing machines, this model utilizes a soft-bearing suspension system, which offers higher measurement sensitivity, making it ideal for lightweight components like turbocharger rotors, micro-motor rotors, and small armatures weighing between 0.1kg and 10kg. The machine employs a ring belt drive system, which eliminates the vibration interference often caused by universal couplings, ensuring the highest possible balancing accuracy and surface finish protection.


High Sensitivity (Soft Bearing): The soft support structure allows for the detection of minute unbalance amounts (Residual Imbalance ≤0.5 g.mm/kg), perfect for precision turbocharger repair.
Ring Belt Drive: Uses a seamless belt for transmission, ensuring smooth rotation with no additional noise or vibration errors, resulting in higher measurement quality.
Variable Speed Control: Equipped with a variable frequency motor (VFD), allowing operators to adjust the balancing speed steplessly between 400 and 4000 RPM to suit different rotor diameters.
