The YYQ-8000A series is a universal hard-bearing dynamic balancing machine strictly manufactured according to the GB/T4201-2006 standard. It utilizes roller supports and belt drive transmission, paired with an industrial control computer for advanced data processing. The 19-inch LCD screen displays vector graphics, waveforms, unbalance amounts, phase angles, and real-time speeds simultaneously. Powered by a 15kw variable frequency motor, it supports stepless speed regulation from 100-1000 r/min. It is capable of both single-plane and dual-plane balancing, making it the ideal calibration equipment for heavy-duty rotary machinery.

Q: How wear-resistant are the support rollers?
A: The rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel, processed through high-frequency quenching (hardness over HRC55), grinding, lapping, and demagnetization. Paired with RZ5 precision bearings, they form a wide-line contact with the workpiece, offering extremely high wear resistance while protecting the workpiece surface.
Q: What should I do if the software or sensors fail?
A: The software features a comprehensive self-diagnostic system. By generating waveform charts through the PC and sensor/cable inspection functions, you can visually determine if there is a fault. If you cannot identify the issue yourself, you can simply send the waveform data to us for rapid troubleshooting assistance.



Q: How can I export the measurement results?
A: The software supports a direct connection to a printer, allowing you to print a complete measurement report for a single test or all tests conducted that day. It also features a USB interface for unlimited external data storage.
