The YYQ-50A Horizontal Dynamic Balancing Machine is a high-precision hard support balancing device designed for rotating workpieces weighing between 1kg and 50kg. It is engineered with an integrally cast lathe bed to ensure maximum stability and vibration resistance during operation. Powered by a 1.5Kw variable frequency motor, the machine offers adjustable balancing speeds from 300 to 1500 R/min, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
This machine utilizes the advanced GB-2000 universal microcomputer measurement system (Windows-based). It features a large LCD monitor that displays real-time data, including unbalance values, phase angles, and rotational speed. With a minimum achievable residual imbalance of ≤0.5 g.mm/kg and a reduction rate of ≥90%, the YYQ-50A is the ideal solution for balancing electric motor rotors, blower impellers, diesel engine crankshafts, and textile machinery spindles. It supports single-plane, double-plane, and multi-plane correction, suitable for both shaft-plate and center-of-gravity suspended rotors.
